David Vows to Find a Place for the LORDby emmanuel_higgins

Psalms 132:4

I will not give sleep to mine eyes, or slumber to mine eyelids,

The verse describes pain of the heart so intense that sleep departs from the eyes. It is joined with serious distress of the heart and with days of difficult breathing. That same sleeplessness portrays a burden for God so heavy that it takes away sleep.

That burden calls physicians and managers to give a pure and righteous representation of God. Such a representation shows His beauty to the world. It means being so filled with His Spirit that worldly policy cannot divert from presenting the grand possibilities set before every soul who receives and believes in Christ. Truth alone is the watchword, self is hidden, and Christ alone appears full of grace and truth.
