I poured out my complaint before him; I shewed before him my trouble.
Every trouble and grief may be poured out before Jesus, for He listens as a sympathizing friend. No complaint is too small or too heavy to bring to Him, because His ear is open to all that burdens the heart. The afflicted may therefore take courage from this, and the desponding may find hope in Him. This assurance rests on the fact that the One who cares for the little birds and for the flowers of the valley has far greater care and love for people formed in His image.
