I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.
The Lord is to be loved as strength, rock, fortress, deliverer, God, trust, buckler, horn of salvation, and high tower. He is worthy to be praised. He is full of mercy and love and compassion.
Calling upon Him in confident trust together with praising Him brings salvation and deliverance from enemies. Confessing confidence in Him brings added strength. The verse is reason to praise Him and to rely on Him in trouble.
