Consider mine enemies; for they are many; and they hate me with cruel hatred.
The many enemies who hate with cruel hatred are Satan in his determined effort to break down the fortifications of truth. Against such hatred God's people are to be Christians in every sense of the word. They are to guard His sacred principles without turning aside to the right or left.
They are to give no aid and no strength to Satan's science. They are to study His Word deeply and thoroughly, as a miner digs for hidden ore. They are to experience new conversion and be born again. Those who respond in this way will bear a powerful witness in favor of the truth.
