Psalms 31:12

I am forgotten as a dead man out of mind: I am like a broken vessel.

Psalm 31:12 pictures a person as a damaged vessel to convey a state of weakness and frailty. That condition includes bodily infirmity and physical feebleness. Even so, such bodily weakness is no barrier to divine use. God can still work through the weakened person by the Holy Spirit to bring glory to Himself.
