Psalms 50:1
The mighty God, even the LORD, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof. The mighty God, even the LORD, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.
The mighty God has spoken, and His speaking reveals both His greatness and His authority. He has called the entire earth, summoning it from the rising of the sun to its going down, from east to west. That worldwide summons announces His coming to judge His people.
He shines forth and He will come openly, without keeping silence. For that judgment He calls heaven and earth together, and He gathers His saints, those who have made a covenant with Him by sacrifice. The heavens declare His righteousness, because God Himself is judge. This is a message to be spoken to the people now.
Those working on the side of Satan do not know what a fearful loss they are incurring. They have given themselves to anarchy and war and strife instead of taking their stand under the rule of Christ. At the last great day they will see how many souls have been lost as a result of that failure.
