Psalms 50:9

I will take no bullock out of thy house, nor he goats out of thy folds.

God will take no bullock out of the house and no he-goat out of the folds, because He has no need of Israel's sacrificial animals. The refusal is not indifference but completeness, for every beast and the whole world already belong to Him. Sacrifices therefore supply no lack in God and add nothing to His fullness. What He calls for instead is thanksgiving, faithfulness in keeping vows made to Him, and trust in Him in place of mere offering.

The psalm reveals the greatness of God and His rule exercised in Christ. To work on the side of Satan is to step outside that rule and brings fearful loss. That loss will be seen at the last great day, when those given to anarchy and war and strife behold souls lost through their failure to stand under the rule of Christ.
