Psalms 66:5

Come and see the works of God: he is terrible in his doing toward the children of men.

Come and look closely at what God has done, for His acts in dealing with the children of men are awe-inspiring and meant to be beheld. This call stands together with the whole of Psalms 66 and 67 as teaching on the right employment of speech, that the tongue is to declare the works of God and what He has done for each soul. That declaring means crying out to Him with the mouth and honoring Him with the tongue, bringing forth good words from the treasure of a heart filled with His love, and rendering to Him the fitting fruit of the lips in praise and thanksgiving. Such praise is joined to the assurance that God hears and gives attention to the voice of prayer, and does not turn away prayer nor withhold mercy when iniquity is not regarded or cherished in the heart. Christ sang this psalm together with portions of Psalms 68 and 72, and in doing so taught others how to praise God, a praise expressed in heedful attention to nature and to God beheld in nature.
