Psalms 68:35
O God, thou art terrible out of thy holy places: the God of Israel is he that giveth strength and power unto his people. Blessed be God. O God, thou art terrible out of thy holy places: the God of Israel is he that giveth strength and power unto his people. Blessed be God.
The God of Israel gives strength and power to His people. He has been the strength of those carrying heavy responsibilities. He will continue to be their strength. They are therefore to go forward relying on the strength of Israel's God.
