Psalms 68:4
Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name Jah, and rejoice before him. Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name Jah, and rejoice before him.
Psalm 68:4 stands within a paean of victory that prophesies Christ in His triumph. It belongs also to latter-day prophecy that finds its fulfillment in the closing work of the third angel's message carried forward by the remnant church. In that fulfillment light breaks forth as the morning and health springs forth. Righteousness goes before that work while the glory of the Lord forms its rear guard.
