Enemy Warrior Scattered Like Stubble by the Stormby emmanuel_higgins

Psalms 83:13

O my God, make them like a wheel; as the stubble before the wind.

The verse forms part of a prayer calling on God to judge the hostile alliance arrayed against Israel, to scatter its forces and throw them into confusion. Its images plead for the enemies to be driven about like a rolling wheel and swept away like dry stubble carried before the wind. That scattering and confounding are sought to a further end, that God's name may be glorified and that people may recognize His supremacy over all the earth.
