And the heavens shall praise thy wonders, O LORD: thy faithfulness also in the congregation of the saints.
The heavens praise the wonders of the Lord, and His faithfulness is praised in the congregation of the saints. That praise is offered both in heaven and among the assembly of the holy ones on earth. The faithfulness thus praised is displayed in the promises made to David and his house, promises that reach to the eternal ages. They find their complete fulfillment in Christ.
The glory belonging to God does not depend on honor given by human beings. The hosts of heaven are able to give Him praise. The ordered heavens with their countless worlds can give their Creator honor and praise.
