Sing praises to the LORD, which dwelleth in Zion: declare among the people his doings.
The call is to sing praises to the Lord who dwells in Zion and to declare His doings among the people. It belongs to the setting of the redeemed entering the gates, where their song honors Christ's reign in Zion. The same praise celebrates God's righteous judgment and His protection of the oppressed. It also celebrates His remembrance of the humble and His salvation.
