Romans 14:20

For meat destroy not the work of God. All things indeed are pure; but it is evil for that man who eateth with offence.

The whole fourteenth chapter of Romans, with this text within it, is God's voice to those carrying forward the work of health reform. It is to be studied with care and taken as the guide for all future labor. It directs to plain and wholesome habits of life joined with self-denial. Such living proves out in experience what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
