Romans 6:15

What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.

Being under grace is not permission to sin and does not allow continuing in sin. Those who put their trust in Christ are not to remain enslaved by any hereditary or cultivated habit or tendency to wrong. Instead of being held in bondage to the lower nature, they are to rule every appetite and passion.

This overcoming does not depend on finite human strength, for God has not left them to battle evil in that strength alone. Whatever the inherited or cultivated tendencies may be, victory is possible through divine power that is ready to be imparted. Being under grace brings the grace of Christ that gives mastery over sin and deliverance from the bondage of evil.

That grace alone accomplishes restoration physically, mentally, and spiritually, giving health and life and peace through a revelation of Christ. It meets the need of hearts crying out for power over sin and longing for the divine presence amid prevailing corruption, including political strife, bribery, fraud, violence, lawlessness, indifference to suffering, brutal destruction of life, insanity, murder, and suicide. It answers a time when satanic agencies are at work to distract and corrupt the mind and to defile and destroy the body, while the gospel is too often presented so indifferently as to make little impression on conscience and life.
