Romans 9:25
As he saith also in Osee, I will call them my people, which were not my people; and her beloved, which was not beloved. As he saith also in Osee, I will call them my people, which were not my people; and her beloved, which was not beloved.
God takes those who were previously reckoned as outside His people and brings them into relationship with Himself as His own people. Those who were once outside the place of love are brought into standing as beloved before Him. This calling shows that divine grace is not confined to Israelites but reaches also to Gentiles. By that grace Gentiles are made His people and His children of the living God.
