Zechariah 12:1
The burden of the word of the LORD for Israel, saith the LORD, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him. The burden of the word of the LORD for Israel, saith the LORD, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him.
Zechariah 12:1 presents God as the Creator who by His own power stretched out the heavens and laid the foundation of the earth. That display of creative power makes the Bible's account of creation an authentic record and history. The same acts ground its account of the origin of nations and of the human race. That creation history is one human research cannot reach on its own.
