Zephaniah 3:5
The just LORD is in the midst thereof; he will not do iniquity: every morning doth he bring his judgment to light, he faileth not; but the unjust knoweth no shame. The verse portrays the corruption of the world in the last days, including its rulers, with God present in the midst of a corrupt people. Though present among that corruption, the Lord remains just, does no wrong, and unfailingly brings His judgment to light every morning. By contrast, the unjust feel no shame.
