The Hour of God’s Judgment

The hour of His judgment refers to the final phase of Christ's ministry in the heavenly sanctuary which began in 1844EW xix.3.

• KJV Bible Text: "Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters" Revelation 14:7.

• Spirit of Prophecy: The prophecy announcing the hour of God's judgment at hand had its fulfillment in the events that took place in 1844, but there was a work of ministry to be accomplished in the most holy place in the heavenly sanctuary before Jesus should come to this earthEW xix.3.

The Seal of God

The seal of God is the settling into the truth, both intellectually and spiritually, so that God's people cannot be movedExV 46.1+1.

• KJV Bible Text: "And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea, Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads" Revelation 7:2-3.

• Spirit of Prophecy: Those who receive the seal of the living God, and are protected in the time of trouble, must reflect the image of Jesus fullyExV 58.2.

The Time of Sealing

This is the current period of preparation before the close of probation, during which our characters are being developed for eternity1888 1104.1+1.

• KJV Bible Text: "In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise" Ephesians 1:13.

• Spirit of Prophecy: Now is the time for the law of God to be in our minds (foreheads,) and written in our heartsExV 46.1.

The Time of Trouble

The time of trouble is a period of unprecedented distress that occurs after the close of probation when the Holy Spirit is withdrawn from the wickedLDE 242.5+1.

• KJV Bible Text: "And at that time shall Michael stand up... and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time" Daniel 12:1.

• Spirit of Prophecy: It is the latter rain which revives and strengthens them to pass through the time of troubleLDE 201.1.

The Loud Cry

The loud cry is the final, powerful proclamation of the third angel's message, lightened by the glory of an additional mighty angel1SG 193.2+1.

• KJV Bible Text: "And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory. And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen" Revelation 18:1-2.

Michael and When He Will Stand Up

Michael is the Lord Jesus Christ, our High Priest, who stands up at the conclusion of His intercessory work in the heavenly sanctuaryLDE 254.1+1.
